Responsible to: Operations Manager Venues

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, fixed term until June 2027

Salary: Grade 6A - £29,064.69 per annum, £14.86 per hour

Purpose of the Role: To support the effective delivery of Keele Student’s Union venue operations (including security, bars and entertainment). To act as Duty Manager for the premises, taking responsibility for security and service standards at the venue whilst on shift and to maintain standards by leading the student staff team. To work closely with the daytime operations team, sharing communication with the team and reporting information for the daytime team to action during office hours. Ensuring a high profile and reputation of the Union and University are maintained.
