Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Grade 4 - £26,221.41 per annum

Purpose of the role

The Postgraduate & Networks Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination, administration and ongoing development of postgraduate representation and student network activity within Keele SU. The role will focus primarily on postgraduate representation, ensuring the continuation and development of representative structures, democratic engagement and support previously delivered through KPA, while embedding these within the wider Students’ Union and University landscape.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordination and administration of postgraduate representation structures and engagement activity
  • Administration and oversight of the postgraduate bursary scheme
  • Proactive partnership working across the University, particularly with the Keele Doctoral Academy and academic departments
  • Support for postgraduate elected officers, representatives and their priorities
  • Support for student networks and network-led initiatives
  • Coordination and administrative support for campaigns and democratic engagement activity
  • Collection, management and interpretation of engagement and participation data to support service improvement
  • Administrative and written reporting to managers, officers and leadership

The role will contribute operational insight and partnership intelligence to inform service development and decision-making.
