To support the effective delivery of Keele Students’ Union venue operations (including security, bars and entertainment). The Senior Operations Coordinator will act as Duty Manager for the premises, taking responsibility for security and service standards during shifts and maintaining standards by leading the student staff team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Duty Manager during shift hours, ensuring security and service standards are maintained.
  • Lead and manage the student staff team to meet venue operational requirements.
  • Work closely with the daytime operations team, sharing communication and reporting information for action during office hours.
  • Maintain high profile and reputation of the Union and University.
