Keele Postgraduate Association (KPA) is a student-led organization supporting over 5,000 postgraduate students at Keele University. As an Unincorporated Charity registered with the Charity Commission (number: 1143888), KPA operates under charity rules. The organization provides valuable resources and services to its members, enhancing their academic and social experiences.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a KPA Coordinator located in Keele, with some work-from-home flexibility. The KPA Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating events and activities, managing communications, supporting the postgraduate community, liaising with university departments, and ensuring the smooth running of the association\’s daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate events and activities for the postgraduate community
  • Manage communications for the association (emails, social media, newsletters)
  • Support the postgraduate community by addressing inquiries and providing information
  • Liaise with Keele University departments and external partners as needed
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and administration of the association
