This is a rare opportunity to shape how we take Keel to market - from the ground up, working directly with the Co-Founders. We are hiring a Founders' Associate to support our Co-Founders. You will primarily be Benoit's (CEO) right hand on everything commercial: building the demo and content infrastructure that lives in his head, running outbound campaigns that actually resonate with operators, and learning the business deeply enough to represent it to customers.
This isn't just about supporting existing GTM processes. It's about building them. One day you are recording product demos and editing videos for LinkedIn. The next you are crafting personalised outreach campaigns or testing new messaging angles in live demos. You will have direct line of sight to what works, why it works, and the freedom to do more of it.
If you have been looking for a role where you can actually build something rather than inherit someone else's playbook, this is it.
What you will do
- Experiment relentlessly with different GTM approaches and document what moves pipeline, not vanity metrics.
- Record and edit compelling product demos - Loom walkthroughs, feature videos, use case demonstrations that show Keel solving real problems.
- Build and run personalised outbound campaigns on LinkedIn via research-driven messaging that speaks to actual operational pain points, not generic sales copy.
- Test messaging and positioning in real customer conversations, then turn what you learn into reusable collateral: case studies, battle cards, objection frameworks.
- Create sales enablement content: pitch decks for different verticals, one-pagers, comparison docs, scripts that explain ERP workflows without the enterprise speak.
- Support customers when the team hits capacity: answer technical questions, troubleshoot issues, learn what they actually struggle with daily.
- Generate content for our LinkedIn presence: distill customer insights, product updates, and industry perspectives into posts that sound like us.
How you will do it
- Impatient with theory: You care about what works in practice. You test things, learn fast, and move on.
- Commercially focused: Everything you build should help us sell better or support customers better.
- Adaptable: One day you are editing videos, the next you are on a demo call. You move between tasks without needing extensive handholding.
- Analytically rigorous: You think clearly, write well, and can have intelligent conversations with operations directors about inventory management.
- Builder-minded: You have side projects, things you have made, evidence that you figure things out and ship them.
This is a great fit if you…
- Thrive when given broad responsibility with minimal structure. Ideally you have previous startup experience, but not explicitly required.
- Have a strong analytical background, e.g. economics, engineering, sciences, something that taught you to think clearly and solve problems.
- Have experience in working as a Chief of Staff, Founders Associate, consulting or similar (preferred but not required) - but as above, you know how to structure problems, gather insights, and communicate clearly.
- Demonstrate a DIY attitude: proof you figure stuff out rather than wait to be told e.g. side projects you have built, things you have shipped.
- Are an excellent listener and genuinely curious: you ask good questions, pick up on details others miss, and adapt quickly to new information.
- Are comfortable learning new products and tools quickly and often.
- Write clearly and with personality - you can explain complex workflows in simple terms without sounding like a sales brochure.
- Are comfortable being hands-on with content creation: recording videos, editing demos, writing copy, building decks.
This won’t be the right role if you…
- Want to specialise in one function. This role is deliberately broad and will track alongside the Founders' priorities.
- Need established processes and playbooks. We are building most of this from scratch.
- Want formal sales training or a traditional GTM career path. We are figuring out what works for us.
Why Keel
- Work directly with the Co-Founders from day one, shaping go-to-market from the ground up.
- Gain end-to-end commercial exposure.
- Learn a complex, technical product in a real industry with genuine operational problems.

- Join a talent dense team where your work directly impacts pipeline and revenue.
We also want to make Keel a place people truly want to work, so we are offering:
- Competitive benchmarked salaries.
- Generous share options scheme.

- Unlimited 1:1 therapy, coaching, and mental health resources.
- Medicash health cash plan.
- Membership with Fertifa.
- Maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave.
- 20 days emergency childcare a year.
- Tax-free childcare schemes.
Some important things to note:
- We are hybrid, and most people work from our office in Shoreditch an average of 3 days a week.
- We are currently not able to provide sponsorship for any of our roles.

We trust each other, we care about the details, and we succeed as a team.
If you are not sure whether you meet all the criteria in this role description, we would still like to hear from you. We value potential and different ways of thinking just as much as specific experience.
