Graduate APC Programme

Our Graduate APC Programme is geared to candidates who have completed a relevant degree or masters and hold a permanent full‑time position with the company. We allocate a councillor and mentor to support you through the APC process and work with you to provide assistance and direction throughout the RICS assessment of professional competence (APC). Within the company there are a number of APC assessors, chairman and APC doctors to provide detailed knowledge and understanding to candidates.

Training Experience

  • Hands‑on experience working on a full range of residential, education and commercial sector projects alongside senior professionals.
  • On‑the‑job experience and training development.
  • Support from a councillor and mentor throughout the APC process.
