40 hours per week Β£27,875 per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to Β£30,019 on a competency-based framework.

What you will do:
- Lead and drive the team to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Work closely with the Area Manager ensuring the store is running smoothly.
- Build relationships with volunteers to ensure they are engaged and involved in Keech events.
- Attend managers meetings in Keech Head Office.
- Handle till readings, balancing and banking.
- Maintain a hands-on approach, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction is maintained by all staff.
- Implement and maintain systems in line with Keech Hospice policies and procedures.
What you need to do it:
- Strong management/leadership experience is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar retail role or an interest in working within the charity sector.
- Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, confidently being able to support a diverse team.
