Palliative Care Nurse – 37.5 hours per week. Starting salary £29,691 per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to £35,637 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and participate in delivery of holistic patient centred care
- Assess and evaluate individual care plans for the patient and their family taking into account their diverse needs
- Assess and manage patient’s symptoms with support from wider team
- Provide professional leadership and support colleagues to achieve their objectives
- Ensure patients and their families experience is professional, welcoming, relaxed and friendly
- Knowledge of complex symptom management
- Understanding of Specialist Palliative Care Philosophy and End of Life care strategy
- Previous work in a hospice or relevant experience
- Advanced communication skills
