At Keech Hospice, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Learning Administrator to support education, training, research and community initiatives that help improve the lives of people with life-limiting conditions and those important to them. Working as part of our friendly Learning Team, you'll help deliver learning opportunities that make a real difference across healthcare, social care and our local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training, events and learning activities
- Manage bookings, registrations and shared inboxes
- Support our Learning Management System and reporting
- Help deliver conferences, workshops and community projects
- Provide essential support to a dynamic and innovative team
What we’re looking for:
- Proven administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams and databases
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- A customer-focused, friendly and professional approach
