Position: Individual Giving Fundraiser – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Starting at £28,826 per annum, with opportunities to progress to £31,819 based on competency framework.
Organization Context
We’re expanding our fundraising team at Keech Hospice to increase community support and services. Recent rebranding and strategic planning initiatives create an exciting environment for new team members to contribute and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to increase income from individual donors.
- Manage daily operations of regular giving, lottery, and appeals.
- Maintain strong supporter relationships.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize supporter data and meet organizational needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in fundraising or marketing.
- Knowledge of supporter engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM databases.
- Understanding of charity regulations.
