Fundraising Volunteer Administrator – 22.5 hours per week
Starting salary £14,367 per annum (£23,946 FTE), with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding to £14,489 per annum (£24,149 FTE) on a competency based framework.
Keech Hospice are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our volunteering team to work collaboratively with fundraising and play a crucial role in the recruitment and support of fundraising volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and day to day management of fundraising volunteers
- Process all volunteer administration and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain good relationships with organisations and groups to promote volunteering
- Be the first point of contact for volunteer queries

- Highly trained in administrative practices and databases
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
