Keech Hospice is seeking an Online Retail Assistant – Ebay, to join our small and dedicated team in Luton on a casual basis. This role is key to increasing income and profitability from our online shops specifically through eBay whilst also delivering exceptional customer service.
What you will do
- Collaborate effectively with staff to achieve team goals and targets.
- Create effective, accurate, and attractive product listings to increase competitiveness.
- Manage customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for positive resolutions within a timely manner and respond to messages promptly and process refunds according to guidelines.
- Contribute towards the growth of Keech online shop by maximising opportunities
- Oversee stock control, optimise listings, and manage product rotation to improve the online shopping experience.
Essential
- Experience of online selling platforms (specifically eBay or similar)
- Confident in producing adverts and writing product listings
- Good attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new systems
Desirable
- Understanding of customer service best practices
- Familiarity with complaint handling and problem solving
- Ability to delegate workload and manage own simultaneously
