This is not a sales role, rather an opportunity for collaboration and developing innovative strategies that directly impact our 3 year fundraising plan, ensuring sustainable growth and improved outcomes for our hospice care on a 12 month FTC! What Youll Do Oversee the planning and performance monitoring for the Fundraising Team to ensure income targets are met Implement data driven strategies, Identify gaps in our current plan, evaluating initiatives to improve income generation and ROI Create and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of fundraising activities, providing performance reports against targets.
