As a global leader in fall protection, safe access solutions, and training, we are looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead and support our UK and European operations. This is a high-impact role for a proactive HSE professional who enjoys a mix of strategic leadership, auditing, training, and hands-on site engagement. You will work closely with business leaders across multiple locations to drive a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and develop HSE programmes across the UK and Europe
  • Provide expert guidance on UK and European HSE legislation and best practice
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across business units
  • Deliver HSE and working-at-height training
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on HSE performance and KPIs
  • Support accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Work with managers and teams to develop risk assessments and safe systems of work
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years HSE management experience
  • Strong auditing and compliance background
  • Sound knowledge of UK and European HSE regulations
  • NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
  • Experience within construction, work at height, manufacturing, or industrial environments is highly desirable
