The Leadership and Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering sales and leadership training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of our sales teams and leaders. This role will focus on driving sales performance, improving leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training & Development
- Deliver and facilitate engaging sales training programs to enhance selling techniques and customer relationship management.
- Implement coaching strategies to improve sales performance and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct role-playing exercises, workshops, and real-world sales scenario training.
- Evaluate sales team performance and provide targeted development plans.
- Leadership Development
- Develop and deliver leadership training programmes that enhance managerial and coaching skills.
- Equip managers with the tools to mentor, motivate, and drive team success.
- Implement leadership workshops focusing on communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making.
- Foster a high-performance culture through continuous leadership growth initiatives.
- Programme Development & Execution
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Develop customised training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive content.
- Delivery of training or coaching 3 to 4 days a week, 1-2 days for preparation and administration.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analytics.
- Coaching & Support
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to sales representatives and managers.
- Lead group coaching sessions to reinforce key learning objectives.
- Offer ongoing support and resources to ensure skill application in the field.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in sales training and leadership development.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and leadership training programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience with adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed to conduct on-site training sessions.
