The Role: As our Business Development & Key Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the UK. Your mission will be to identify new business opportunities while also servicing and strengthening key customer relationships across the region. The role is designed to be a mix of strategic growth and hands‑on client engagement, with time each week on the road meeting with customers, quoting projects, and actively promoting our world‑class safety solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Sales Superstar: Leverage your proven track record in business development to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Drive Innovation: Partner with our Marketing Manager to create impactful promotional materials, cross‑sell products, and develop marketing strategies that speak directly to customer needs.
  • Master Our Product Suite: Deeply understand our entire range of safety solutions, stay ahead of competitors, and ensure we’re always one step ahead with customers’ needs.
  • Lead on the Road: Spend traveling across the UK to visit customers, identify new opportunities, attend site visits, and generate new leads.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Serve as the vital link between key customers, our marketing team, and the admin team to ensure smooth communication, timely responses to customer inquiries, and solutions to issues that arise.
  • Report and Present: Keep the team informed by preparing monthly reports on sales and marketing activity and presenting key insights during our weekly meetings.
  • Tackle Challenges: You’ll be front‑and‑centre in resolving customer issues and turning challenges into long‑lasting relationships.
