Kee Property is looking to speak with residential conveyancing solicitors who are interested in joining our growing property team in Glasgow.

We are open to applications from solicitors with a minimum of 1 year PQE, but we would also be very interested in speaking with more experienced conveyancing solicitors, including those currently operating at Associate or Senior Associate level.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious and growing property business that brings together estate agency, conveyancing and client-focused legal services under one brand. The role can be shaped around the right person. Whether you are looking to continue developing your conveyancing experience, or you are already operating at a more senior level and want to play a key role in the growth of the department, we would be happy to have a confidential conversation.

The role will involve managing residential sale and purchase transactions, advising clients throughout the process, working closely with our estate agency team, and helping us continue to build a high-quality, commercially focused conveyancing service.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in Scottish residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • A practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to manage transactions efficiently and professionally
