Kee Property is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join our property team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid experience in residential conveyancing who wants to be part of a modern, ambitious property business combining estate agency, conveyancing and client-focused legal services under one brand.
The role will involve supporting residential sale and purchase transactions from instruction through to completion, working closely with solicitors, estate agents and clients to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working in residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of the Scottish conveyancing process
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors
- A proactive, practical and commercially aware approach
- The ability to manage a busy caseload with appropriate supervision
