Kedro Search are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and highly reputable M&E Contractor operating across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with an annual turnover of over £600 million, delivering major, high-value commercial projects across Central London.

We are looking for a Site Manager with either a Mechanical or Electrical bias, who has a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale M&E installations on commercial construction projects.

  • Role: Site Manager (Mechanical or Electrical Bias)
  • Location: Central London
  • Project Type: Commercial
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Project Locations: Primarily based on one major commercial project, with occasional travel to other sites as required.

Working Hours:

  • Start: 8:00am
  • Finish: 5:00pm

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to £85,000 (dependent on experience)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Mechanical or Electrical background with previous experience as a Site Manager.
  • Proven experience managing M&E works on large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of site health & safety, quality control and programme management.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
