We’re looking for a professional, organised, and friendly Administrator to support the smooth running of our school. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, manage communications, and provide essential admin support to staff and leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the front of house and communicating with pupils, staff, parents and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, addressing all queries and concerns appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing pupil attendance.
- Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties.
- Assisting with safeguarding procedures and pupil welfare.
- Collecting, counting and recording pupils’ charity money during charitable events.
- Providing general admin support including filing, printing, and financial tasks.
What we’re looking for:
- Essential: GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Strong ICT and communication skills.
- Organised, reliable, and a team player.
