Hawley Woods School, part of Kedleston Group, is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead SEND strategy and provision across the school. You will coordinate day-to-day SEND support, ensuring each pupil's needs are understood and met, with a strong focus on policy implementation and data-led improvement.
You will work closely with teaching staff and external agencies to tailor provision, support families, and drive inclusive practices that promote positive outcomes for children aged 7–17 with SEND.
