Teaching Assistant (Level 3)

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons to children in KS1 and KS2
• Providing in-class support for individual students and small groups
• Creating a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Developing and implementing bespoke interventions for students in partnership with teaching staff

Opened in 2015, Elderbrook School, (formally, Arc School Old Arley) is an independent special day school situated within a rural village near Nuneaton, affording children and young people the opportunity to take part in a range of activities within the local community. The spacious school environment is bright and welcoming with a variety of different learning spaces inside and outside. Our school has a particular focus on taking learning outside the classroom into the grounds and community beyond and working in partnership with other organisations to enrich opportunities for children and young people.
