Arc School Ansley is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to help pupils, families and staff maintain high standards of behaviour, attendance, and engagement.
You will support wellbeing and communicate with parents, following school policies and contributing to trips and events, including some out‑of‑hours work.
The role requires Level 3 qualification and GCSEs in English and Maths, with CPD evidence and experience supporting vulnerable pupils.
