We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective operation of the school. What you’ll be doing as a Senior Administrator: Act as a first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors and external agencies, delivering a professional, welcoming and efficient reception service Provide high-quality administrative support to the school, including managing records, correspondence, calendars, pupil information, attendance data, onboarding processes and general office administration Support internal and external communications by managing inboxes, drafting correspondence, distributing newsletters and updates, and ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally Maintain accurate pupil and school records, support reporting requirements, coordinate statutory and compliance-related administration, and ensure data is handled in accordance with GDPR and school procedures Assist with the organisation of meetings, training, school events and parents' evenings, while managing office supplies, processing administrative finance tasks and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school What we’re looking for: GCSE or equivalent qualifications, to include English and maths Strong administration experience Excellent ICT skills including effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Able to work under pressure Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise workload Why work for us?
