We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and supportive Interventions Coordinator to join our school team. This is a key role focused on improving outcomes for pupils by coordinating targeted academic and pastoral interventions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support pupils to engage with learning and reintegrate into full‑time education.
  • Deliver a range of academic, social, and therapeutic intervention sessions, completing all required logs and documentation.
  • Coordinate learning activities with subject leaders and the behaviour lead, including planning, delivery, assessment, and tracking.
  • Support pupil welfare and wellbeing, including restorative approaches.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents, carers, and external providers.
  • Support off‑site learning, including in pupils’ homes or alternative venues, and support transitions back to school.
  • Organise intervention timetables and review them regularly to support pupil progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, engagement, and progress.

Who are we?

Opened in 2014, Arc School Ansley is an independent specialist day school in Ansley, a lovely small village, for children and young people aged between 11 and 17. Our experienced team is dedicated to providing outstanding education to children and young people with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition, who may have many associated needs such as social, emotional and mental health needs, communication needs and cognition and learning needs. Arc School Ansley is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
