Shillington Park, part of Kedleston Group, seeks an Inclusion & Intervention Lead to drive a whole-school approach to inclusion, intervention and pastoral support.

You will champion vulnerable learners and collaborate with families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.

The role starts in October 2026, at a new site in Battersea, with opportunities to shape an aspirational environment where every pupil can thrive.
