Kedleston Group is seeking an experienced Head of Learning and Development to strategically lead the L&D function across our specialist education group, supporting schools and central teams nationwide.

The role is hybrid with national travel across Group schools and offices.

We require senior leadership in education with a proven track record in leading Learning & Development, designing talent development, succession planning, and measuring impact across multi-site settings.
