We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated team at Oakbridge School.

As Deputy Head, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Headteacher and leading the school’s strategic and operational development. You will uphold and promote Kedleston’s mission, values, and vision, ensuring that our ethos is embedded in every aspect of school life. You will lead on key areas including:

Who are we? Oakbridge School is an independent special day school in Handsworth, Birmingham with a specially designed learning environment created to meet the needs of autistic children. We provide a calm, low arousal, safe, positive and nurturing place where young people can learn and grow. Oakbridge School is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
