Experience of working in an education environment with young people withspecific difficulties and vulnerabilities
Experience and knowledge of issues affecting students and young peopleand how to offer supportive assistance
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to support students with their work and to develop programmes ofwork that will develop self-esteem and confidence
High level experience of using Microsoft Office packages, including wordprocessing, e mail and excel
