This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Negotiator located in West Drayton. You will engage with potential clients to provide property advice, facilitate sales and lettings, and handle property viewings. The role involves negotiating offers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining consistent communication with clients to ensure a seamless property transaction process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining property listings, offering market advice, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships
- Proven ability in Sales to effectively understand clients' needs, negotiate and close deals
- Familiarity or prior experience in the property sector
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic on-site environment
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are desirable
