We are looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations during evening and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for supervising a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide the team during your shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
- Ensure stock is replenished as needed and manage date rotation.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the store, and ensuring security measures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with the smooth operation of the store, ensuring staff are organised, and tasks are prioritised effectively.
Required Skills & Qualities:
