You will work alongside Kearney and client team members as of day 1 to jointly solve our clients' most important issues to get them ready to take on tomorrow's world.

We are the #1 in Strategic Operations and Procurement. We help our clients tap into the value of their supply base to gain a competitive advantage in costs, innovation, and risk management. The global Procurement Team looks back on three decades of heritage and shaping the function. We are the market and thought leader in this space. We have continuously innovated to keep us ahead of the competition, starting with the 7-step process in the late 80s to the Purchasing Chessboard, the gold standard framework for selecting category strategies in the mid 2000s to many other tools and frameworks like Collaborative Optimization, ROSMA, disruptive procurement and Pearl Labx just to name a few more. Currently, many clients come to us to discuss Sustainable and Responsible Sourcing or how to Digitize Procurement.
