You will work as part of the KPSS team to support service users in the community to help promote their independence.

Main responsibilities:
- Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
- Support service users with medication where required.
- Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
- Carry out light house duties.
- Assist service users with finances as per company policy.
- Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required.
- Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing.
- Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends, and wider community.
- At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
- Report a service users progress on the correct platforms.
Desirable Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
You do not need to have any experience; we are just looking for individuals who have a real passion for enhancing the experiences of our service users, helping them to live an independent life.
