Support Worker Vacancies – Recruitment Fair
Due to restrictions on the number of certificates we can issue at present, candidates without an existing visa or right to work in the UK are unlikely to be suitable for the advertised post.
As Keane Premier Support Services continue to grow, we are excited to meet compassionate and motivated individuals who are interested in joining our team.
Come along to our North Lanarkshire Recruitment Fair to learn more about Support Worker opportunities in Home Care and Young Adults services. This is a chance to meet our team, ask questions and find out how you can make a real difference in your community.

9:30am – 12:30pm
Muirfield Community Centre, 1A S. Muirhead Road, Cumbernauld, G67 1AX

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to clients, including those with complex needs
- Assist with personal care, daily activities, and household tasks
- Support attendance at college, clubs, and community events
- Encourage independence, wellbeing, and healthy lifestyles
- Help manage finances, medication, and access to healthcare
- Promote strong relationships with family, friends, and the wider community
- Ensure equality, diversity and safeguarding standards are always upheld
Desirable requirements (Qualifications)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- No previous experience required — just compassion, motivation, and a genuine passion for helping others live independently
