Main Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 support to clients with complex needs.
- Supporting clients to attend college and community activities.
- Assisting with daily activities and promoting healthy lifestyles.
- Implementing and monitoring individual support plans.
- Supporting personal care and household duties.
- Assisting with financial management.
- Using communication methods to promote wellbeing.
- Encouraging relationships with family, friends, and the community.
- Maintaining client independence and safeguarding.
- Behaving in a culturally sensitive manner, respecting equality and diversity.
Requirements:
- Valid Driving License.
- This position is subject to a PVG check and two satisfactory references.
