The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Main responsibilities:
- Offering 1:1 support, helping clients with a range of complex needs.
- Supporting clients to attend college and clubs.
- Assisting clients to day-to-day activities of their choice.
- Supporting and encouraging the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
- Participating in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans.
- Providing support in all aspects of personal care.
- Carry out housekeeping duties and day to day tasks.
- Assist clients with managing finances.
- Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to clients to promote their wellbeing.
- Encourage the relationships that our clients have with family, friends, and the wider community.
- Maintain and promote our clients independence.
- Be mindful of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
- At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave culturally sensitive manner.
