We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the regional sales and marketing strategy across two distinctive lifestyle hotels within the KE Hotels portfolio: Moxy Manchester City (Marriott) and Hotel Indigo Newcastle (IHG). This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for driving revenue growth, market share, and brand performance across both properties. Working closely with the General Managers, Revenue teams, and brand sales organisations, you will shape and deliver the commercial direction for each hotel. A key priority will be the commercial launch of new meetings and events facilities at both hotels in 2026, requiring strong strategic planning, market positioning, and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the regional sales and marketing strategy across both hotels
- Drive corporate, group, and meetings business through proactive sales leadership
- Own key account relationships at local, regional, and national level
- Lead the end-to-end commercialisation of new meeting and events spaces
- Work closely with Revenue and brand teams to align pricing, demand, and distribution
- Oversee sales-led marketing activity in line with Marriott and IHG brand standards
- Act as a senior commercial partner to both General Managers
About You:
- Proven senior sales or commercial leadership experience within the hotel sector
- Strong background in 4-star, lifestyle, boutique, or branded hotels
- Demonstrated experience launching and commercialising new products or facilities
- Commercially astute, confident, and able to operate with a high level of autonomy
- Experience with Marriott and/or IHG systems highly desirable
