This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys combining tech skills with real-world problem-solving. As a Project Technician, you'll play a key role in building and supporting custom environments that drive secure, efficient access at global events.

  • Configure proprietary software to build custom event portals and access control setups
  • Support clients on-site and remotely with both hardware and software solutions
  • Respond to and implement bespoke client requests and configurations
  • Maintain project records and workflows using Jira
  • Travel internationally to deliver on-site support and training during live events
