We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join a cloud-focused team responsible for the performance, security and continuous improvement of Azure environments supporting a range of critical platforms and services. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with development and operations teams to build resilient infrastructure, improve automation, and help shape the future of a growing cloud estate.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring Azure platforms remain secure, reliable and highly available.
- Working alongside engineering teams to design and support scalable cloud solutions.
- Building and improving Infrastructure as Code, automation and deployment processes.
- Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Improving platform performance, reliability and operational efficiency.
- Supporting Azure migration projects and onboarding new environments.
- Investigating incidents, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.
- Driving continuous improvement across tooling, processes and platform operations.
- Sharing knowledge and promoting SRE and DevOps best practices across the wider team.
- Keeping up to date with emerging cloud technologies and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Exposure to either Terraform, Bicep or ARM

What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience working with Azure.
- Experience within Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering or DevOps environments.
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
