The Role
This PPC Manager role sits within a growing digital marketing team and reports directly to the PPC Lead. You’ll take ownership of paid search activity, ensuring best-in-class execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising while driving performance against clear commercial KPIs. This is a hands-on role with strategic input, ideal for someone who enjoys combining performance optimization, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Driving performance through keyword research, bid management, and ongoing optimization
- Managing agency partners and working closely with internal stakeholders
- Analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights
- Supporting PPC strategy development aligned to wider business and brand objectives
Your Experience
We’re looking for a data-driven PPC specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoys taking ownership of paid search performance. You’ll bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in a PPC or Paid Search role, ideally agency-side
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Excellent analytical skills with high numerical confidence
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience with tools such as GA4, SA360, Looker, or Adobe
- Any exposure to SEO or wider digital marketing channels
