This PMO Coordinator role sits at the heart of a large-scale carve-out, supporting coordination across multiple workstreams and ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones within a structured program environment.

  • Coordinate PMO activities across multiple workstreams
  • Track and manage progress across a large number of program milestones
  • Work within Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
  • Maintain governance frameworks and provide updates into the steering group
  • Drive execution, ensuring tasks are delivered on time
  • Manage and continuously improve planning, reporting, and Excel-based processes
