Our client is a large, complex enterprise undergoing a critical IT separation program as part of a broader transformation. This is a highly visible initiative with executive and board‑level attention, where quality, risk control, and operational readiness are non‑negotiable.

You’ll be joining a program that values clarity over noise, evidence over assumption, and confidence over speed, with quality assurance positioned as a strategic enabler, not a checkbox.

Our client is looking for a QA Manager to own and operate the end‑to‑end quality and testing assurance capability for a major IT separation program. This is a senior, outcomes‑focused role centered on independent assurance, executive decision support, and risk transparency.

You will sit across the program, providing confidence that solutions, services, and operational capabilities are fit for purpose as the organization transitions to independence.

Key highlights of the role:
  • Define and lead the overall QA and test assurance framework spanning design, build, migration, testing, cutover, and operational readiness
  • Own the IT Separation Test Strategy, aligned to TSA exit and independence objectives
  • Provide independent oversight of testing and quality across multiple workstreams and vendors
  • Translate complex testing outcomes into clear, executive‑level insight and recommendations
  • Support go‑/no‑go decisions with objective readiness assessments, residual risk, and mitigation

This role is about influence, judgment, and assurance, not day‑to‑day test execution.

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance leader who has operated in complex, high‑risk environments and understands what true operational readiness looks like. You are comfortable challenging constructively and providing an independent view when it matters most.

Key requirements:
  • Proven experience leading QA or test assurance on large‑scale IT transformation, separation, or carve‑out programs
  • Strong background in defining QA frameworks, test strategies, and governance models
  • Demonstrable experience supporting TSA exit or operational independence
  • Confidence operating at program and executive level with senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting cutover, go‑live, and early life assurance decisions

This QA Manager role is proving popular and won’t be around for long, so please get in touch if you’re interested or hit the apply button today. If you’d like confidential advice or want to discuss the role in more detail, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
