We are partnering with a well-established household name that is undergoing a broad programme of digital and technology change. They are looking for a traditional Senior Business Analyst to bring structure, clarity, and rigour to how business needs are understood and translated into technology solutions.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working at the front end of change, getting into the detail, shaping requirements, and ensuring initiatives are clearly defined before they move into delivery.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead formal business analysis across a portfolio of technology and business change initiatives. Your focus will include:
- Gathering, documenting, and managing clear business and functional requirements
- Producing process maps, solution designs, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitating structured workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Translating business objectives into well-defined IT initiatives
- Supporting business cases, benefits definition, and delivery planning
- Acting as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams
Your experience should include:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology and business change programmes
