The RoleAs an Analytics Engineer, you\’ll play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision‐making across the business. You\’ll design and deliver best‐in‐class BI and analytics solutions, working closely with stakeholders to bring data to life through insightful reporting and visualization.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop analytics solutions (reports, dashboards, apps) using Power BI

Maintain and optimize BI systems for accuracy and efficiency

Collaborate with technical teams to build robust data models in the Data Warehouse

Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and reporting

Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve productivity

Your ExperienceWe\’re looking for a proactive, detail‐oriented analytics professional with strong technical and stakeholder management skills.

Essential skills

3+ years of BI/analytics development experience

Hands‐on experience with Power BI (or similar tools)

Strong SQL skills for data modeling and querying

Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver in fast‐paced environments

Self‐starter with excellent problem‐solving and time‐management skills

Nice to have

Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and data warehousing best practices

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA

Automotive industry knowledge (not essential)
