- Helping to transition systems from old to new platforms.
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team of 5 engineers and 5 project managers.
- Getting hands-on exposure to projects at global events β with around 25% travel, mainly in spring and summer, for that "last-mile" integration.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Travel the world β from sports to music to comedy, your work takes you behind the scenes of the most exciting live events.
- Grow your skills β with mentorship, paid-for training, and exposure to cutting-edge event technology.
- Balance β hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home), plus additional pay and expenses covered when on-site.
- Progressive interview process β fair, transparent, and modern (including the option to use AI in the technical interview).
What We're Looking For
- An engineering mindset β able to solve problems, adapt, and work hands-on with clients.
- A willingness to travel internationally.
The Package
- Hybrid working: 3 days in-office (Letchworth), 2 days from home.
- Travel pay and full expenses covered.
- Career development opportunities within a forward-thinking, global company.
If you're excited by the idea of combining software engineering with the buzz of international live events, I'd love to tell you more. Apply now and let's explore whether this could be the perfect next step for you.
