This IT Business Analyst role sits within a central Transformation function, working closely with both technology teams and senior business stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering change initiatives that drive real value across the organisation. Some of the most interesting aspects of the role include:
- Acting as the bridge between business and technology on major transformation initiatives
- Leading requirements gathering, workshops, and process definition
- Translating complex business needs into clear, deliverable requirements and user stories

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst within financial services or regulated environments

A pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivering value quickly
Working exposure to Lean Six Sigma Automation, or AI initiatives would be a bonus
