The Role:

As an Insight Analyst, you will join the Data Insight team within the Business Intelligence function, delivering actionable insights for senior leaders and strategic business areas. This is a high‑autonomy role where you will conceptualize, plan, and execute data projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and deliver analytical projects to support business operations and strategy
  • Analyse performance, forecast metrics, and assess the impact of business interventions
  • Create compelling storytelling reports and visualizations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and cross‑functional teams
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and models

Your Experience:

We are looking for someone analytical, proactive, and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. You’ll bring a mix of technical skills, business awareness, and effective communication.

Key requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
  • Experience with data modelling (Kimball methodology) and visualization best practices
  • Hands‑on SQL experience and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools such as Snowflake or Data Factory
  • Experience in analysing business operations, identifying trends, and making data‑driven recommendations
