Job Description
We’re looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to lead a small but ambitious team and take ownership of our data journey. This role will see you shaping and delivering a clear data strategy and roadmap, while winning buy-in from across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a growing multi-disciplined data team
- Define and deliver our long-term data strategy
- Drive transformation, embedding a data-first culture
- Balance BI and analytics with data architecture and platforms (warehousing, pipelines etc.)
Our stack includes Azure, Snowflake and Power BI, but we’re open to strong leaders from other modern data environments.
