We’re supporting a private equity-backed financial services organisation as they build out their Business Transformation capability. This is a greenfield Process Excellence leadership role where you’ll shape how process improvement is delivered across the business.

The Role
You’ll lead process improvement across Group Functions whilst working within the Transformation team, focusing on identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes, and ensuring improvements are embedded through systems, data and automation. You’ll also lead and coach a team of 3 Process Business Analysts, helping build a high-performing process excellence capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end process optimisation initiatives
- Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (value stream mapping, root cause analysis etc.) to diagnose issues
- Facilitating process mapping workshops and defining future-state operating models
- Translating process improvements into systems enablement and automation opportunities
- Working closely with technology teams to implement workflow and system improvements
- Coaching and developing a team of 3 Process BAs (Green Belt level)
- Ensuring initiatives deliver measurable benefits (capacity creation, cost reduction, risk reduction)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience delivering process improvement / operational excellence programmes in complex organisations
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience translating process change into technology-enabled solutions
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading or mentoring process analysts / CI practitioners
- Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
