A fast-growing specialty (re)insurer is seeking a Systems Analyst / Developer to join their evolving technology team during a major transformation programme. This is a key role, focused on working with Finance and Actuarial departments to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables for development teams working on a bespoke insurance finance system.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience of insurance finance systems — whether within a syndicate or broader specialty insurance environment — who understands how core financial processes, reporting, and actuarial data flows translate into technical needs.
